A Typical Day of Chaos
Nobody Knows Where He Is
Most days begin with someone asking, “Where’s Jose?” He may be checking a pipe, rewiring a sign, fixing a door, or working on something nobody remembers asking him to touch.
Then There Is a Problem
The moment something crashes, leaks, sparks, or stops working, Jose appears with tools and complete confidence. He says “On it, Boss!” before anyone finishes explaining the problem.
The Repair After the Repair
Jose is loyal and hardworking, but his solutions sometimes create a second problem. When that happens, he looks at Jewels and gives the most honest answer in the HO-TEL: “I can’t fix that.”
